The aim of this unit is to develop your knowledge and understanding related to professional practice in sports massage.

This unit is assessed through portfolio evidence only. Refer to the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy record of assessment book for the types of evidence considered to meet the knowledge outcomes for USP44 (Learning Outcomes 1-5). This can be through professional discussion and/or oral questioning for example, your tutor will guide you on this.
